Hi, I'm Sandy Clauss, also known as Carl. I've long held a passion for history (American history in particular) and my devotion to the subject has been unwavering. My thirst for knowledge and my love of history led to a teaching career with a combined 40 years of experience (including U.S. History, World History, U.S. Government and Economics) primarily for the Hays Consolidated School District in Buda, Tx. I was listed in the Who's Who of American Secondary Teachers in 2003 thru 2005. I earned my Bachelor and Masters Degrees from Southwest Texas State University. I've been married for 34 years to my lovely wife Sheri. We have a beautiful daughter Katherine and her husband Adam. They have given us three lovely grandchildren, Hayden, Cassie, and Coulton
